Is CA alive?

I got this question from WRE duke. We are close enemies and talked a bit today:D He said he heard these rumours. Of course I denied it and said that i got mail that there is no CA anymore.
I wanted to say that information is leaking and at this period of game we should be more careful and not tell everyone that CA still exists.

It doesn't still exist though, so how can they be hearing rumours that it does, the alliances that were called the CA, F4 or whatever are no longer, different allies, no CA.
